Just hit the one-month mark with my Durafit 91, and I wanted to share my experience. Honestly, I’m really happy with both the machine itself and, surprisingly, the customer service—they truly went above and beyond. Setting Up and Dealing with the Team First off, installation was super simple. Seriously, you can absolutely handle this one yourself. But the real highlight was the Durafit support team. They are so easy to get a hold of and their responses are lightning fast. They kept checking in on me—not just right after the delivery, but also making sure I wasn't having any little issues during the first few weeks of using it. They even scheduled a call with a technician who walked me through every single function of the machine. It was such a nice, personal touch to ensure I knew how to get the most out of it. Quick Note on Looks I did notice that the treadmill looked a bit different than the picture online. I called customer care just to check, and they explained that the one I got was actually their latest model update. Since it has all the same features and works perfectly, I decided to keep it. Final Thoughts (For Now) If you're looking for a solid treadmill that comes with absolutely fantastic support, this is a great choice. When you buy a treadmill, you need to have an idea as to how you are going to use it. How many people are going to use it? How much time for each person? How much do they weigh? Just for walking or jogging and running too? You need atleast a 3CHP motor if atleast one person in your family, who weighs MORE than 80 odd kgs wants to JOG. You need a STURDY, QUALITY treadmill if you are going to use it for more than 90 minutes a day and need it to last long. Durafit Royal is sturdy. Heavy duty. The body can easily take the load and last long. It looks premium, high quality. Good for more than 2 people using atleast for an hour a day. The package probably weighs more than 140 kgs. You will need 4 people to move this thing around. We managed it with 2. We felt like we did enough workout for a week. Assembled it ourselves. YouTube videos from durafit are very helpful. Easy enough. Or you could wait for the service person. Find a spot in your home with nice ventilation and electric supply and some extra space on all sides BEFOREHAND. Because moving this thing is not something that you would want to do. When you buy a treadmill, you need a great customer service. Because there might be belt issues, noise issues over time. Buying a treadmill which is worth more than 50k, and having poor customer service can make you miserable. Our treadmill had a noise issue. It made creaking noise when used, like a video review in durafit heavy hike. There was noise because of flooring with slight sloping. Which was corrected by placing a cardboard strip beneath it. There was noise at the incline spring. Some reviews in durafit heavy hike, expresses lot of concern regarding this, which I also had before buying. But don't worry. All it needs is a little greasing. After manufacturing they have to store it. So by the time you install, it is going to need some greasing at the incline if you have this issue. Applying lubricant beneath the belt is also needed. You also need a good lubricant for future use. This seller gives such a great customer service that I wanted to give a glorious review. They make every effort they can to address your issue, in my case even freely. They really want to give excellent customer service. They was no tendency to escape. They actually accepted and apologized to me for a small mistake made by the service person who sent his assistant instead of coming himself for a noise issue. Eventually they forced the service person to visit himself. This was one of the best customer services I've ever experienced for a product bought online. Now, Amazon customer service. Their 10 day return policy on this product is nonsensical. THIS PRODUCT IS EXCELLENT, WITH GOOD SELLER RATING WITH AN EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. but, if it was not excellent it would have been a major headache. If you can't assemble it yourself on the first day itself, you need to wait for 2 days according to your locality for service person installation. It takes some days to find defects for any product, and if you find any, it takes some time to contact the customer service and for them to send a service person, find the root of the problem and solve it. And there are Sundays, holidays. If you are not alert about this variables, you might find a defect after 10 days window. Amazon English customer people's response to a problem was very confrontationist, disrespectful, unhelpful, frankly scaring. This is very disappointing. Worst Amazon service. I would recommend not to go for other low quality products with poor customer service, because if it is not delivered by Amazon service, or if there seller uses a third party service, you might actually need to return these treadmill on your money. These things weigh more than 100 kgs, so it might cost more than 10000 rupees just to return. This is what Amazon people told me. Different Amazon Representatives say multiple things, often contrasting things. Very unhelpful, very scary. Some of the Amazon people wouldn't even give me the durafit customer care phone numbers, saying it is against their policy. But 2 Representatives gave me the number. Mind boggling. To sum it up, AN EXCELLENT PRODUCT, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, BAD AMAZON SERVICE. go for it, if it meets your requirements. It was very detailed. Hope it was helpful. Very good machine for heavy-duty home usage; One important defect

I weigh 90 kg and I walk/run at a speed ranging from 5 to 10 km/h. Earlier I was using another brand of treadmill with a DC motor and it kept giving problems whenever I used it continuously for more than 25-30 minutes. So after a lot of research, I decided to buy this machine. Initially, there was a mixup with the delivery – the seller wrongly updated my order status as “delivered” before the machine was delivered. I communicated this to the seller (through Amazon). Amazon was quite clueless about it as usual – they gave me the usual answer of “we will check and get back to you”. But the seller was quite prompt in replying to me offline via WhatsApp and informed me that their courier (DTDC) must have made a clerical error. They assured me that the machine would be delivered as per the original delivery schedule. And it was actually delivered on time. Even though many of the reviews said that installation was easy, I decided not to take a chance and so I booked an appointment with Durafit for installation. It was very easy to reach them and get the appointment as per my required time. Their person showed up exactly as scheduled and he was EXTREMELY knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. The installation was properly completed in about 45 minutes and tested by me. He also explained various things about proper usage, safety, and lubrication. That was 2 days ago. I have used the machine once since then, and it worked perfectly. There is one MAJOR defect with this machine: it has an incline even when you set it to zero incline. There is no way to make the belt absolutely flat. I measured this very carefully using a spirit level and checked it thoroughly, and there is a very clear slope even at zero setting. That means you are always walking or running at an incline!!! I contacted the sellers, but they first denied it. So I sent them photographic evidence, but they claimed that all treadmills have the same issue. But their claim is wrong, because I sent them a photo of my old treadmill where this problem does not exist. In short, this problem is NOT FIXABLE. The entire design and construction of the frame itself is defective. So now, I need to put a thick rubber mat under one end of the treadmill to raise it slightly and make it level. I had initially rated this product as 5 stars, but I am now revising this rating to 4 stars just because of this issue. There are 3 other (minor) improvements that I want to suggest: (1) The belt is quite narrow. It could be made slightly wider by 4-6 inches. (2) I am average height (5 ft. 9 inches) and I felt the handles were a bit low. The height of the handles could be raised by approximately 3 inches. (3) There is no PAUSE function. If I need to step off the machine in the middle of a workout, the only option is to press STOP, and then all the data is lost – the machine restarts from zero. But there are many things that I really like about the machine: (1) It has two heavy springs that provide a decent cushioning effect while running. (2) The display is very user-friendly – at a glance, I can see everything at the same time – speed, incline time, distance, calories – without pressing any buttons. (3) The right handle has a very convenient pair of speed increase/decrease buttons and the left handle has a very convenient pair of incline increase/decrease buttons. (4) The pre-set buttons for speed and incline (3/6/9) are very helpful. (5) There are built-in speakers so you can connect your phone using a simple aux cable and play music. The sound quality is of acceptable quality and volume. In the interest of full disclosure, I must state that the company offers you an incentive if you give a 5-star rating (Rs.300 direct cashback by account transfer OR Rs.300 Amazon voucher OR 3 months extended warranty). Overall, I would still recommend that you should buy this machine for home use, if you can find a way to solve the incline problem on your own.

I always wanted to have a treadmill at home so that I can walk atleast a km or two without fearing traffic, rains, dogs, open drains or going to a costly gym. My search (research) for a good home treadmill lead me to compiling these desirable features.. * AC motor.....MUST...for serious users only * Treadmill should be bearing atleast 120 kg. * Should have more than 18 inches wide belt. * Should be able to run continuously for 1-2 hr. * Should have no added frills or useless features. * Reliable customer service. * Within 60k. I understood the fact that, all machines are Chinese built (until and unless proven otherwise) and rebranded....including the costly ones. So the pick should be for features/ price/ service. The models I found good were fitking, durafit and Powermax Rest all brands had service problems or were not having the desired features, or were outrightly costly (cockatoo) ..now coming to individual models. FITKING - hell of a machine, too good but very costly and may be an overkill for home use, but really no other brand has such machines at the price they offer in India. I have seen a fitking model being continuously used (abused) from 5.30 am to 10.30 am, 1pm to 3 pm (ladies batch) and 4 pm to 10 pm ! for years in an upmarket ac gym....and the users were people from 40 kg to 140 kg weight. the machine had routine maintenance with lubrication and belt replacement only..no other issues..! POWERMAX - good machines, overpriced, gimmicky TDA330 heavy built, stable ,useless graphics, costly TDA 350 light built, good user interface, best incline TAC 400 - same as tda350 but with an AC motor, the description in brochure is misleading, it is just 2 hp chp not 4....company guys should not think that we customers are fool...??.. there is hell of a difference between a 2 hp and a 4 hp AC motor. powermax machine when compared to similar featured machines of other brand was 10-15 K costlier...?? (may be to compensate for maintaining warehouse , logistics etc) because this price difference is not reflected in quality. A light built machine like TAC 400 with max user weight of 120 kg is 15k costlier than other AC machines of the same capacity.....why ??... other than tda 330 all other powermax machines were light built and did not feel stable on jogging...leave alone anything more than 12 km/ hr WELLCARE, EXCEL, and other local Coimbatore assembled products....were average light construction machines....require the user to be of less than 65 -70 kg weight, best for light to moderate users. DURAFIT - Pros - well kept site, true information about different parameters and functions, heavy built machines, beautifully packed, cost effective, good services. Cons- HEAVY machines !! really heavy, the packed machine was about ~ 120-125 kg in weight (machine+ stabiliser + spray) and took 3-4 people to move in, for serious long term users only. I had to pay money to the driver of the courrier company ( DTDC) for bringing the machine to my house..! ..while Amazon claims door step delivery. Now coming to the machine I bought - durafit champion, 2.5 hp AC motor, weighing ~100 kg.. if not more, HEAVY BUILT, clear simple useful display, wide belt like in commercial machines, smooth operations, no fancy features, max user wt 150 kg ....platform feels very stable due to the weight. Has wheels for moving but due to the weight....one had to be careful while moving it, being an AC motor..can be used continuously for 1-2 hrs. Customer service is a sweet experience they are prompt and keep their words. Disadvantages ..... really iam nitpicking now...has poor incline, another an inch or two of incline would have made this a dream machine and speaker could have been better....I know it is the least important thing in a treadmill..but still you know i have to say something..! I would recommend this company because they offer machines which are solidly built and are definitely going to last. Machines are priced competitively because they have no middle men only online sales (like Xiaomi) so no godowns no useless workforce....better and cost effective business practices....lower price for the customer. I'm satisfied with my machine....will keep posting ...regards

Strong - Hevey material is used in the frame and as they claim it can take the weight up to 150 km. They mean it. 4. Beautiful Design 5. Big running surface - You can easily walk, run on the surface without any problem. 6. Heavy duty motor - 3HP (6HP Peak) made it super treadmill for home use. 7. Auto Incline - 22 Auto incline feature is beautifully provided so the at you can experience walking on the heal and Burm more calories. (This is awesome feature but use incline only in your 20% of the running/walking, so that you can avoid knee problems) 8. Can take up to 150 km of user weight which is really good. 9. 20 KM/hour speed (Good to have it however I even could not run on 15 KM/Per hour, but good to have 20KM/Per) 10. Speakers makes your walking interesting. 11. Aux cable with it. 12. Hydraulic foldable feature is awesome so that you can clean your surface under the treadmill and place it in a small area. 13. Good customer care support. 14. Multiple programs for the workout. 15. Heartbeat sensor works well. 16. Cupholder is the good idea. 17. Space to hold your mobile phone. Cons: 1. I am missing Bluetooth connectivity in this treadmill. I can't pause it without it and record my walking sessions. I was having it in my old treadmill. But it is manageable. 2. They should also provide the auto lubrication in this price range. 3. Speaker are not of good quality, but it is also manageable. Ultimately you need to do workout on it instead of the entertainment. Well overall I am satisfied with this product for me and will highly suggest it for the home use. Since 2005 or so, I have hob-nobbed with exercycles of both recumbent and upright varieties. I had briefly attended a gym, where I was put to different kinds of exercises by the trainer. My experience had not always been pleasant with gyms and exercise equipment. This year, I touched 50, and decided that I needed a simple, natural, cardiovascular exercise on regular basis. I found walking to be refreshing, but couldn't walk outdoors regularly owing to rain, mosquitoes, traffic, pollution etc. Hence the decision to buy a treadmill for indoor walking. I did a lot of research, and decided that I will buy a powerful one equipped with a DC motor, and use it in conjunction with a Bluetooth chest-strap heart-rate monitor and my Android tab. There are a number of Android Apps which analyse your heart-rate and present you with figures out there. I got the Durafit treadmill for a very good price on Amazon India. Once I ordered, there was constant follow-up from Durafit customer-care till the delivery and assembling of the treadmill. The follow-up continues till date. This, I found to be very nice! The treadmill arrived neatly packed, and is a hefty one. It took four people to bring the package to my second floor apartment. I did the assembling myself, which took some time and effort. There are videos by Durafit on YouTube on how to assemble this treadmill, and I followed them. The manual that came with this treadmill itself is very sketchy, and written in faulty English. So, better to depend on the Durafit videos on YouTube. Once I assembled it, there is absolutely no problem with the working of the machine, and I am able to use it as intended, with a Sunding BLE chest-strap. So far , I have used it for brisk walking at zero incline only. Will try the incline function as my fitness level improves. I have also learnt how to lubricate the machine, and how to tighten the belt, by looking at the YouTube videos. One thing I noticed is, while the machine is equipped with a 5 Amperes plug, my 6 Amps MCB sometimes trips when I switch on the treadmill. This is understandable, as one HP requires approximately 3.3 Amps current, and this being a 3 HP continuous machine, would require about 10 Amps. As of now, I am not using any voltage stabilizer with the treadmill, but intend to use a high & low voltage cut-off with the machine in future. So far, I have used the Durafit Royal only for one week. So, more comments later!

I am giving my review regarding solid 5.5 HP peak Ac model. 91 durafit is a complete fraud company. They are saying in specifications that they are giving a 3-4 CHP AC motor in this treadmill. But in actual they are placing 1 HP Ac motor inside. So they are befooling everyone completely. You can't even run over 1Hp ac motor and it can't even given 5.5 hp peak power. I contacted them alot and came to know that In past as well they have done this fraud and they will do this in future as well. Bcoz in there all stock they have installed 1 HP ac motor only. From outside it's completely alike the advertisement but in motor they are doing actual fraud.I recommend everyone to not buy product from 91 durafit, it's a fraud company with fraud intentions.

I needed a treadmill that had a long running length and this treadmill indeed is spacious. Assembling by oneself is not recommended as it wasn't as easy as shown in the videos. I had a bad experience initially, as the person they sent for installation was a general electrician that had no idea about treadmills. He said his job was just to get the treadmill running after making the electrical connections, and he has no idea how to verify the installation checklist. I also had noise issues with this installation. So then after a few weeks of my pursuance, they sent another informed technician for the checkup. This time all went well and he was able to fix the issues. As per my experience, the customer support really wants to help, but they don't communicate well with each other so i had to explain my issue from scratch to four different people for getting a technician visit. This can surely be improved for a better customer experience. The treadmill itself is good. My parents and I have been using it for a month.

The treadmill is actually really heavy so we ran into quite alot of trouble to get it to our second floor but it feels sturdy like you could have a run on it and not worry about the frame breaking. The walking pad is big enough for longer strides if you're taller than average it's also has a grid pattern to provide resistance from slipping. Speed of the machine is adequate for home workouts. I've tried it for 2-3 days now for 30 mins long intervals and found no squeaky sounds coming from the machine or the frame. The only downside I found was the programme feature buttons.. not all of them have a function they're just there. So if you're looking for a treadmill to keep active on a regular basis, this is a good option to have at your home.

It was extremely heavy to install the rest of the parts evrn though the base was pre installed. Advertised as free installation but support associate pushes to do it ourselves stating 90% customers do it on their own. Struggled a lot to lift and ended up with scratches on the sides.
