Durafit91 is committed to ensuring your product performs at its best throughout its lifetime. Please refer to the terms and conditions below to avail warranty services:
Our products are shipped 80% pre-installed. You may complete the installation yourself. In case of any difficulty, please contact our technical expert at +91 63825 13144 for assistance via video call.
- All major issues will be addressed and resolved through a technician visit. (Technician visit charges are payable by the customer. Only parts are covered under warranty.)
- Minor issues such as noise, belt alignment, re-installation, and uninstallation will be resolved through remote assistance via video calls from our professional technicians.
- Warranty will be calculated from the date of delivery.
- If applicable, a 3-month extended warranty will apply only to parts (service charges are not included).
- Costs for any general service requests raised by the customer must be borne by the customer.
- Please note that the equipment you are purchasing is intended for home use only. Placing this equipment in a commercial environment will void the warranty.
- The 1-year frame warranty does not cover paint, coatings, rusting, or related issues.
- Customers must share video evidence when raising a service request. This ensures proper diagnosis and accurate solutions. A technician will be assigned only after valid proof is submitted.
- Durafit91 does not warrant the performance of the heart rate monitoring system. Performance may vary based on user physiology, age, usage method, and other factors.
- Durafit91 recommends using a stabilizer to protect your treadmill from voltage fluctuations.
- If the product has physical damage due to misuse, abuse, accidents, modifications, unsuitable environments, natural disasters, power surges, improper maintenance, or usage not in accordance with the product guide,
- We will still be happy to repair it. However, the repair will be treated as out-of-warranty, and charges for parts and labor will apply.
